The Orchard is an exceptional apartment development in Bansko offering a
combination of convenience (just 350m from the main gondola) and generous onsite
facilities and outdoor areas. Access to the lift station is gained via the new
road bridge linking both sides of the river or via the new pedestrian bridge in
front of the property. The property is run like a high class hotel with 24hr
reception, centralised heating and water systems and an advanced microchip entry
system.
Accommodation
The complex consists of 85 studio apartments (2), 120 one-bedroom apartments
(2+2) and 45 two-bedroom apartments (4+2). The studio apartment consist of a
large living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV and an open plan kitchen
area equipped with all appliances (cooker, pots, aspirator, fridge, toaster,
coffee jug, kitchen utensils and big dinner table), a corridor and a bathroom .
The one-bedroom apartments have 2 rooms including a bedroom, a living room and
an open plan kitchen area fully equipped. The two-bedroom apartments include two
bedrooms, a spacious living room, and an open plan kitchen area again fully
equipped.
Food & Beverage
Complete with wine cellar, the Large Restaurant offers a full range of
traditional and modern cuisine. The hotel lobby includes a large reception area
complete with open fire and lobby bar for evening drinks. An adjacent coffee
shop offers light snacks and includes an outdoor area servicing visitors around
the ice rink.
Sports & Leisure
In the complex guests can find a private ice rink, the only such facility in
Bansko. The ice rink is an ideal attraction for families looking for a daytime
or evening diversion. Out of season the ice rink is transformed into a tennis
court. There is also a thirty seats cinema regularly screening movies which as
available for private hire. All guests have access to ski boot storage areas.
Useful Information
Bansko is the right starting point for a cultural visit to the historic and
famous Rila Monastery or the smallest city in Bulgaria - Melnik, to try the
unique Melnik red wine.
